TNI Helps Fogging to Eradicate Dengue Fever Mosquitoes in Merauke

To avoid and prevent the development of mosquitoes that can cause malaria, members of the RI-PNG Pamtas Task Force Yonif MR 411 / PDW Kostrad collaborate with the Merauke Class III Port Health Office (KKP) to carry out Fogging in Sota Village, Sota District, Merauke, Papua, Sunday (Sunday) 8/12).

Dansatgas Pamtas RI-PNG Yonif MR 411 / PDW Kostrad Major Inf Rizky Aditya S. Sos., M.Han., At Pos Kotis, Eligobel District, Merauke, Papua, explained that the weather in the last few days especially in the Merauke Regency started to rain.

This can make the development of mosquitoes increase, as is felt by the residents of Sota Village who live in the border area. One of the residents of Kampung Sota Otnel Mbanggu expressed his gratitude to the Task Force Battalion MR 411 / PDW Kostrad and KKP Class III Merauke who have done Fogging.

"After this Fogging is done, hopefully the mosquitoes will be reduced, so that the prevention of diseases caused by mosquitoes is not a concern for residents," he hoped.
